Her multifaceted background encompasses roles as a design consultant, educator, and business leader. Teresa's contributions have made a significant impact on renowned organizations such as NASA, Cisco, Clorox, and many others, where she championed the adoption of human-centered approaches to work.

Today, Teresa leverages her extensive knowledge and holds certifications in Leadership and Executive Coaching (CPCC, ACC, Applied Neuroscience). By melding the principles of design, coaching, neuroscience, and learning and development, she crafts coaching experiences that transcend boundaries.
